Abstract

Occipital condyle fracture is a rare traumatic injury of the skull-base. The most common complaints are neck pain and limited range of neck movements. In this report, a 73-year-old man who presented with IX. and X. cranial nerves involvement due to left occipital condyle fracture after a mild head injury discussed.
