İntraosseöz lipom, matur lipositlerden köken alan nadir görülen benign kemik tümörüdür. En sık femur, tibia, fibula gibi uzun kemiklerin metafiz ya da epifiz bölümleri tutulur. Yassı kemiklerin tutulumu çok nadirdir. İnsidansı tam olarak bilinemese de, literatür taramasına dayanarak sakral kemiğin bu tümör tarafından tutulumunun günümüzde de son derece nadir görüldüğü için bu olgu sunulmuştur.
