Abstract

Because of the traditional plant breeding methods need a very long period and tremendous effort, thorough biotechnology the exotic gene transfer to plants has been realized and new varieties so called "transgenics" become popular and are grown almost in 30 million Ha (1998). But thereafter a series of problems have raised.
