Abstract

Strategic decision making is considered not only to maintain the current position in competition but also to create the future position. However, creating a future position involves a difficult process; or it is not easy to express the strategic decision-making process as theoretical and practical. The main reason for this is the multiplicity, diversity and quality of the factors affecting the process. For this purpose, the article focuses on the factors affecting the strategic decision making process; In the literature, Dean and Sharfman and Baum and Wllay, depending on the four factors, (rationality, importance of decision, conflict and uncertainty) It is aimed to investigate and interpret the findings obtained from international transport sector enterprises based in Mersin
