Abstract
In this study, relationship between some organs of the body and meat yield of the Oncorhynchus mykiss population was invesligated. The age, mean total lcngth aııd vveight ranges of 78 individuals belongingto the O. mykiss population were found to be as 2-6; 21.73 ± 0.70 - 34.35 ± l.l8cmand 106.98 ±9.03-623.95 i 94.23 g respectively. The highest ratio of net meat yield was found in the IV. age group (61.81 %), as for the lowest ratio was found in the D. age group (56.57). The skin, fin, heacl, skeletal, and intemal organ rates of rainbovv trout according to age groups were calculated as 9.94-13.13 %; 1.04-1.32 %; 9.26-12.93 %; 3.32- 4.60 % and 11.45-16.72 % respectively. Bu çalışmada, Oncorhynchus mykiss populasyonunun bazı vücut organları iie et verimi arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. O. mykiss populasyonuna ait 78 bireyin yaş, ortalama toplam boy ve ağırlık oranları sırasıyla 2-6; 21,73 ± 0.70-34.35 ± 1,18 cm ve 106,98 ± 9,03-623,95 ± 94,23 g olarak bulunmuştur. En yüksek net et oranı IV. yaş grubunda (% 61,81), en düşük oran ise II. yaş gurubunda (% 56,57) bulunmuştur. Yaş gruplarına göre gökkuşağı alabalığının deri, yüzgeç, baş, iskelet ve iç organ oranları sırasıyla % 9,94-13,13; % 1,04-1,32; % 9,26-12,93; % 3,32-4,60 ve % 11.45-16,72 olarak hesaplanmıştır.
