Abstract

In this study, Turkish Sports Federations needs of change and some practices about change were evaluated in the frame of organizational change concept. Organizations, as products of their enviroment, under continous change of enviromental conditions, have to adapt themselves in to these conditions. As every social organizations, change effects sports organizations either.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, örgütsel değişme kavramı çerçevesinde Türkiye'de spor federasyonlarında değişme ihtiyacı ve bazı uygulamaların değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Örgütler içinde bulundukları çevrenin ürünü olarak, çevre koşullarının sürekli değişmesi karşısında bu değişime ayak uydurmak zorundadırlar. Değişim, her toplumsal örgüt gibi, spor örgütlerini de etkilemektedir.
