Natal teeth are defined as teeth that are present in the mouth at the birth, and the occurrence is rare. Natal teeth may be uncomfortable for a nursing mother and present a risk of aspiration and swallowing by the infant if they are loose. Besides they may cause irritation and trauma to the infant's soft tissues. In this article a female infant with two natal teeth is presented. The teeth were present in the mandibular incisor region and were excessively mobile and cause discomfort for the nursing mother. They were extracted because of the fear of aspiration

Natal dişler doğumda ağızda görülen dişler olarak tanımlanır ve nadir olarak görülürler. Emzirme esnasında annesdişlerden rahatsızlık duyabilir, ayrıca dişlerin lükse olması nedeniyle emme sırasında bebeğin dişleri aspire etmesi riski oluşabilir. Bu dişler bebeğin ağız yumuşak dokularında irritasyon ve travmaya neden olabilirler. Bu olguda iki natal dişli doğan kız bebek sunulmuştur. Olguda natal dişler mandibulada alt ön kesici dişler bölgesinde bulunmaktaydı ve dişlerin lükse olması nedeniyle emzirme güçlüğü saptandı. Bebeğin dişlerini aspire edebileceği düşüncesiyle dişlerin çekimi yapıldı
