The purpose is determination of conditions accompanying non specific lower back pain. Holistic assessment is emphasized that is important in treatment of chronic pain. January-March period through 2014, admitted patients to our clinic because of the complaint of non specific chronic low back pain, the accompanying conditions are being evaluated.Considering the accomanying conditions to the chronic lower back pain; gastrointestinal dysfunction in the first frequency (60%) , the second most common anxiety (40%), the third frequency interference field (36 %) were identified.Interference field and corrections of gastrointestinal symptoms can be resolved with the integrated neural therapy. Non spesifik alt bel ağrılarına eşlik eden rahatsızlıkların belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bütünsel değerlendirmenin, kronik ağrı tedavisinde önemli olduğu vurgulanmaktadır. Kliniğimize Ocak-Mart 2014 döneminde non spesifik kronik alt bel ağrısı şikayeti ile başvuran hastalarda eşlik eden rahatsızlıkların değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Kronik alt bel ağrılarına eşlik eden rahatsızlıklara bakıldığında; birinci sıklıkta gastrointestinal disfonksiyonlar (% 60), ikinci sıklıkta anksiyete (% 40), üçüncü sıklıkta Bozucu Alanlar (% 36) tespit edilmiştir. Bozucu alan ve gastrointestinal semptomların düzeltilmesi bütünsel nöralterapi yaklaşımı ile çözümlenebilir. Non spesifik kronik alt bel ağrılarında etiyolojinin doğru belirlenmesi, bütünsel nöralterapi uygulamaları ve eşlik eden rahatsızlıkların tedavisi ile başarılı sonuçlar alınabilir
