Abstract

Pseudoaneurysms of the anterior tibial artery are rare vascular disorders. Etiology is a penetrating trauma in most of the cases. Pathology is usually treated with surgical measures by resection of the pseudoaneurysm and ligation of the anterior tibial artery. In this report, we present a 22-year-old male patient in whom anterior tibial artery pseudoaneurysm developed after an exterior vehicle traffic accident and who was treated by resection of the pseudoaneurysm together with arterial reconstruction

Özet

Arteria tibialis anterior psödoanevrizmaları nadir karşılaşılan vasküler patolojiler arasındadır. Vakaların çoğunda etken penetran travmadır. Tedavi sıklıkla cerrahidir ve psödoanevrizmanın rezeksiyonu ile birlikte arteria tibialis anteriorun ligasyonu ile gerçekleştirilir. Bu yazıda araç dışı trafik kazası sonrası arteria tibialis anteriorda psödoanevrizma gelişen ve psödoanevrizmanın rezeksiyonu ile birlikte arteryal rekonstrüksiyon ile cerrahi tedavisi yapılan 22 yaşında erkek hasta anlatılacaktır.
