Data was collected with a questionnaire and the Nursing Ethical Dilemma Test. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics frequency, mean values , t test and variance analysis were used. Results: The students’ average age was 20.01±2.07; 81.1% were male, and 44.5% had previously encountered an ethic problem. Most of the ethical problems reported were communication problems between patient and nurse. The students remarked that these were reported to a person of authority 50.3% . Students’ Practical Consideration PC test average point is 20,10 ± 4,85; Principle Thinking PT test average point is 49,87 ± 6,83; Ethical Dilemmas test average point is 18.32 ± 2.93. Familiarity score means of women were higher. It was found that the students with nuclear type families had a significantly higher mean of PT scores. Also, a statistically significant difference is recorded in the PC, PT and familiarity point averages among those taking ethics education and according to their class levels p
