Abstract

Thymoma, which is combined neoplasm of thymic epithelial cells and lymphocytes, are benign lesions of anterior mediastinum. Evidence of thymoma is adequate indication for surgical extirpation. In this study we aimed to present our thymoma case representing as a giant solid mediastinal mass. Maximal extirpation method, as preferred in our case, is the most valuable approach for reducing recurrences
