Abstract
Osteochondroma is a benign tumor rarely localized in the maxilla. We present a 29-year-old asymptomatic male patient with an osteochondroma extending downward and posteriorly from the left maxillary tubercle, causing morphological changes at the anterior border of the left mandibular ramus. What distinguishes this case from similar cases is that it causes a condition similar to Jacob's disease in the opposite direction. The case was analyzed in terms of radiological features.
