Abstract

Transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block has been used for postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing abdominal surgery. In this case we report an ultrasound guided TAP block which was performed for laparoscopic cholecystectomy with situs inversus totalis.

Özet

Transversus abdominis plan (TAP) bloğu abdominal cerrahilerde postoperatif analjezi amacıyla sıklıkla kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu olguda situs inversus totalisi olan ve laparoskopik kolesistektomi uygulanan bir hastaya ultrason rehberliğinde yapılan TAP bloğunu sunduk.
