Gastroenteropancreatic tumors are relatively raretumors that can be encountered anywhere in the body,having possibility to cause carcinoid syndromefindings and followed by low rates of survival atadvanced stages. Although they can be foundanywhere in the gastrointestinal tract, it is notcommon to diagnose at right colon. In this case, weaimed to report a neuroendocrin tumor of right colonwith clinical findings, surgical therapy and literaturereports so far

Özet

Gastroenteropankreatik nöroendokrin tümörler tümvücutta bulunabilen, karsinoid sendrom bulgularına yolaçabilen, ileri evrelerde düşük sürvi oranlarıyla izlenennispeten nadir tümörlerdir. Gastrointestinal kanalınherhangi bir yerinde bulunabilseler de sağ kolondaappendiks haricinde görülmeleri sık değildir. Bu olgudasağ kolondan kaynaklanan, preoperatif dönemde tanıalmış bir nöroendokrin tümörü klinik bulguları, cerrahitedavisi ve literatür bilgileri ışığında sunmayı amaçladık
