Abstract

Cystic lesions of the pancreas are common in the clinic. However, most of the cases (80-90%) are pseudocysts or retantion cysts. Cystic neoplasms account for about 10-15% of cases. In the clinic, there are 4 types of pancreatic cystic neoplasms. These include serous cystadenoma, mucinous cystic neoplasm, intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm and solid pseudopapillary neoplasm. Herein, we discuss a case of a 21- year-old female patient with Frantz tumor.

Özet

Pankreasın kistik lezyonları, klinikte sık karşılaşılan hastalıklardandır. Ancak olguların çoğu (%80-90) psödokist ya da retansiyon kistidir. Olguların yaklaşık %10-15’i kistik neoplaziler oluşturur). Klinikte 4 tip pankreasın kistik neoplazileri vardır. Bunlar seröz kistadenoma, musinöz kistik neoplazm, intraduktal papiller musinöz neoplazm ve solid psödopapiller neoplazmdır. Bu yazımızda, Frantz tümörü tespit edilen 21 yaşındaki bayan hasta tartışılmıştır.
