Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the behaviors of nurses and midwives working in the field of obstetrics and gynecology towards patient privacy. The descriptive study was conducted in a university and a state hospital between January 10 and March 10, 2022. The population of the research consisted of 21 nurses and 58 midwives working in the delivery room, obstetrics and gynecology services of two hospitals, a total of 79 people. Sample selection was not made in the study, and it was completed with 79 volunteers. Personal Information Form and Patient Privacy Scale were used to collect data. The data obtained as a result of the research were evaluated with statistical analysis programs. Statistical significance was taken as p 0.05). Bu araştırmanın amacı, doğum ve kadın hastalıkları alanında çalışan hemşire ve ebelerin hasta mahremiyetine yönelik davranışlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Tanımlayıcı nitelikte tasarlanan araştırma 10 Ocak- 10 Mart 2022 tarihleri arasında bir üniversite ve bir devlet hastanesinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma evrenini iki hastanenin doğumhane, doğum ve kadın hastalıkları servislerinde çalışan 21 hemşire ve 58 ebe toplam 79 kişi oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada örneklem seçimine gidilmeyip çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü 79 kişi ile çalışma tamamlanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Hasta Mahremiyet Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler istatistiksel analiz programları ile değerlendirilmiştir. İstatistiksel anlamlılık p 0.05).
