Özet

Amaç : Otuz iki gebelik haftası ve/veya 1500 gram altında doğan bebeklerin düzeltilmiş üç yaştaki nörogelişimsel durumunu değerlendirmek. Gereç ve yöntem: Erken doğan bebeklerin Değiştirilmiş Amiel Tison ile nörolojik hasar varlığı, Denver Gelişimsel Tarama Testi ile nörogelişimsel özellikleri araştırıldı. (Etik kurul onay no: 20.06.2005/96) Bulgular : Yüz on yedi olgu ort. 35,8±2,3 ayda değerlendirildi. Olguların 57’si kız 60’ı erkek, doğum ağırlığı ort. 1271±22,09 g, gebelik haftası 31±2,1 hafta idi. Akut hastalıklardan solunumsal sıkıntı sendromu %21, bronkopulmoner displazi % 8, ileri evre retinopati %5 ve kafa içi kanama %7, sepsis %21, <6 Apgar %24 en önemli sorunlardandı. Yüz on yedi olgunun 11’inde (%9,4) önemli nörolojik hasar saptandı. Bunlardan 10’u (%8,5) beyin felci olup iki olguda körlük beşinde hidrosefali tanımlandı, Denver gelişimsel tarama testi nin sonucu %77 normal, %23 patolojik bulundu. Çıkarımlar : Olgularımızın nörogelişimsel bozuklukları önceki çalışmalara benzerdi. Ayrıca olumsuz etkilenmede hastaneye nakil dikkat çekiciydi.
