Sjogren Larsson sendromu konjenital ihtiyozis, spastik diplejitetrapleji ve mental retardasyon He karakterize otozomal resesif geçişli bir hastalıktır. Hastalardaki temel patoloji yağ alkol oksıdasyon bozukluğundaki yetmezliktir.
