Solitary bone and extramedullary lymph node plasmasitomas are uncommon manifestations of plasma cell neoplasms. Şimdiye kadar literatürde soliter kemik ve ekstramedüller lenf nodu plazmasitomaları birlikteliği yayınlanmamıştır. Bu vaka raporunda, nadir görünen bu klinik durumların ilginç birlikteliği sunuldu.
