Abstract

Streptokinase may cause fathal hemorrhagic complications without releating the dose if it is used for treatment ofdeep venous thrombosis. Fatal hemorrhagic complication was developed in a patient with deep venous thrombosis in our clinic during the first hours of streptokinase treatment. Because of this case ; we aimed to discuss the medical therapy ofdeep venous thrombosis. Key words: Venous thrombosis,Streptokinase,Hemorrhage.

Özet

Derin ven trombozu tedavisinde fibrinolitik ajan olarak streptokinazın kullanması doza bağımlı olmayan öldürücü hemorajik komplikasyonlara sebep olabilir. Kliniğimizde derin ven trombozlu bir hastada streptokinaz tedavisinin ilk saatlerinde öldürücü hemorajik komplikasyon gelişti. Bu vaka sebebiyle biz derin ven trombozunun tıbbi tedavisini tartışmayı amaçladık. Anahtar kelimeler: Venöz tromboz, Streptokinaz, Hemoraji
