Özet
Adli otopsi, kanuni yetkililerce istenilen sorulara yanıt arayan özelleşmiş bir postmortem (ölüm sonrası) incelemedir. Bu konudaki uygulamalar için ilgili kanunlarda gerekli hususlar belirtilmiştir. Günümüzde adli otopsiler Ceza Muhakemeleri Usulü Kanunu'nun 79-83'üncü maddelerine göre yapılmaktadır. Bu yazıda adli otopsilerle ilgili güncel hukuki durum gözden geçirildi ve hangi durumlarda adli otopsi yapılacağı, nelere dikkat edilmesi gerektiği vurgulandı.
