Objective & Hypothesis:Respiratory Epithelial Adenomatoid Hamartoma (REAH) is a type of hamartoma characterized by prominent glandular proliferations lined with ciliated respiratory epithelium originating from the surface epithelium.
📊
Key Findings & Data:REAH should be differentiated from inflammatory nasal polyp, inverted papilloma and adenocarcinoma to avoid from more aggressive surgery then is needed for the REAH and to avoid from unnecessary long-term follow-up with medical treatments.
