A case of arteriovenous fistula AVF arising in the auricle was presented together with its treatment. A 20-year-old man with an AVF on the right auricle was successfully treated with superselective embolization followed by ligation of the arteries supplying the fistula. The lesion underwent considerable regression within a follow-up period of five months and no com- plications were encountered. Small AVFs existing among several vessels can be satisfactorily treated by embolization and ligation of the vessels instead of extensive resection of the lesion.

Bu yazıda klinikte nadir görülen aurikülada arteriyo- venöz fistül AVF ve tedavisi sunuldu. Sağ auriküla- da AVF saptanan 20 yaşında erkek hastada lezyonu besleyen damarlar süperselektif embolizasyon son- rası ligate edildi. Lezyon boyutu önemli ölçüde geri- ledi ve beş aylık takip süresince herhangi bir komp- likasyonla karşılaşılmadı.
