Abstract

Geneticaly inherited dermatological disorders seen in the neonatal period are; benign congenital signs which doesn 't need any treatment, developmental defects in one or more layer of the skin (Aplacia cutis congenita) and genodermatoses. Clinically, disorders mainly presenting with dermatological symptoms may be presented with minimal peeling erythema and also collodion baby, harlequin fetus, disseminated ulcer and buls. Some of these multifactorial orginated disorders a good supportive care may be life saving. In this study we presented cases of Aplacia cutis congenita, Congenital ichthyosis and Epidermolysis bullosa followed in our clinic, and reviewed congenital neonatal dermatological disorders
