Abstract
Medical students meet the human body and organs in Anatomy lectures for the first time. In this point of view, Anatomy lectures makes the students feel that they are being educated in a medical faculty. The dissection rooms have a private sorrowful and serious atmosphere. So “anatomy “ is special for each medical student whom meet the phenomenon of death. Sometimes, jokings of the students in dissection rooms are seen as childish behaviors and are not tolerated. Besides, the students have to learn a new language “Latin” which makes anatomy more difficult for them. The examination style of anatomy is unprecedented in which the student has to run from a desk to another at each ringing bell. Anatomy takes its place as a hard lesson for students but for the future time, it ensures bitter-sweet and dissimilar memories and unforgetable emotions. The purpose of this study was to present the memories of whom are now specialists. We belive that reading this study will take you to past times and make a smile on your face for remembering and telling your memories about anatomy.

Anatomi dersi, tıp öğrencilerinin insan vücudu ve organlarıyla ilk defa ve direkt olarak tanıştıkları bir ders olması sebebiyle doktor adaylarına, tıp fakültesinde okuduklarını hissettiren bir derstir. Anatomi diseksiyon odasının kendisine has hüzünlü, ciddi bir havası vardır. Bu sebeple “anatomi” ölüm olgusu ile karşılaşan her tıp öğrencisinde özel bir yere sahiptir. Bu yönleriyle anatomi camiası tarafından diseksiyon salonundaki şa- kalaşma kabul edilemez olarak görülüp, çocuksu davranışlar yadırganmakta ve dışlanmaktadır. Ayrıca doktor adayları bu derste “Latince” gibi zor bir yabancı dille karşı karşıya gelmektedir ki, bunun anatomiyi biraz zor- laştırdığı söylenebilir. Bir zil sesi ile masadan masaya koşup soruları cevaplamak da benzeri görülmüş bir sınav tarzı değildir. Ancak, öğrenciyken zor gelen, sonra acı-tatlı ama farklı anılar bıraktığına inandığımız, unutulmaz heyecanlar yaşatan bir derstir anatomi. Şu anda mesleğini icra eden hekimlerin anılarından bazılarını sizlere sunmak için bu çalışmayı hazırladık.
