Abstract

Vocational and technical education is one of the educational processes most influenced by sector representatives, policymakers, teachers, school administrators, and environmental factors, while also affecting these stakeholders in return. Although all stakeholders desire the development and qualitative improvement of vocational and technical education, it has not reached the desired level in terms of policy and employment, curriculum and academic achievement, as well as perception and career. Consequently, there is a continuing need for up-to-date, valid, and reliable measurement tools in the literature. To address this gap, the Vocational and Technical Education Process Evaluation Scale (VTEPES) was developed, consisting of 18 items and three sub-dimensions. The study was conducted using the survey model, a quantitative research method, with participants including teachers, school administrators, and sector representatives. The developed scale meets validity and reliability criteria.
