During his expedition to Eastern Turkistan in 1914 Russian Orientalist Sergey Efimovich Malov had found two documents from the 13th century. These documents were read and translated by Malov himself. Rus şarkiyatçı Sergey Efimoviç Malov 1914 yılında Doğu Türkistan’a yaptığı ilmî seyahat esnasında 13. yüzyıla ait iki adet belge bulmuştur. Bu belgeler Malov tarafından okunmuş ve çevirileri yapılmıştır. Uygurcanın 13. yüzyıldaki dil özelliklerini, Uygurların sosyal ve kültürel durumlarını anlamak bakımından bu iki belge büyük önem taşır. Bu belgelerle ilgili S. E. Malov’un yazdığı makale, şarkiyatçı V. V. Bartold’a ithafen çıkarılan dergide Taşkent’te 1927 yılında yayınlanmıştır.
