Abstract

Hepatitis B infection is a disease that can be prevented by vaccination and since 1998 the Hepatitis B infection is pronetoextinct as a result of vaccination among children and adolescence. In this evaluation; HbsAg pozitivity at the year 2000-2006 and 2005-2012 datas among children, adolescence and adults, in city of Manisa, is aimed to compare.

Özet

Hepatit B virüs enfeksiyonu aşıyla önlenebilen bir hastalık olup ülkemizde 1998 yılından beri uygulanmakta olan universal hepatit B aşılaması sonucu çocuklarda ve adolesanlarda hepatit B enfeksiyonu belirgin olarak azalma eğilimindedir. Bu çalışmada Manisa ilindeki 2000-2006 verileri ile 2005-2012 yılları arasındaki çocuk, adolesan ve erişkin yaş gruplarındaki HBsAg pozitifliklerinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır.
