There is still controversy about its evaluation and treatment. In particular, the type and duration of immobilization after reduction of the shoulder vary among centers. Another matter of debate is the indication of acute repair of the capsulolabral structures to prevent late instability. This review aims to provide an outline of current knowledge about the management and treatment alternatives of anterior shoulder dislocation.

Anterior omuz çıkığı en sık görülen ve tekrarlama olasılığı yüksek olan bir çıkık olduğundan, her zaman ortopedi ve travmatolojinin ilgi çekici konularından biri olmuştur.
