Abstract
Disabled tourism demand refers to the desire of disabled people to travel and their demand for tourism services. Local efforts to enable people with disabilities to participate in routine life are also important for tourism mobility. To utilise the potential of disabled tourism and support development in this field, various factors need to be considered. Firstly, the accessibility factor significantly affects the demand for disabled tourism. It is of great importance for people with disabilities to have no barriers in access to transport, accommodation and touristic places. The subject of this study is the demand for disabled tourism in development. In this direction, the study aims to determine the factors affecting the demand for disabled tourism in development. The study was carried out with a qualitative approach. The research was based on a case study. According to the results of the study, it was determined that the stakeholders in Isparta are lacking in terms of disabled tourism. In addition to making arrangements in rural tourism areas that can be listed among these, it is important to contribute positively to Isparta's disabled tourism demand in the future by eliminating the lack of sign language training

Engelli turizm talebi, engelli bireylerin seyahat etme isteği ve turizm hizmetlerine olan taleplerini ifade eder. Engellilerin rutin yaşam içerisinde bulunmalarına yönelik gerçekleştirilen yerel çabalar, aynı zamanda turizm hareketliliği açısından da önem gösterir. Engelli turizm potansiyelini değerlendirmek ve bu alanda kalkınmayı desteklemek için çeşitli faktörlerin göz önünde bulundurulması gerekmektedir. Öncelikle, erişilebilirlik faktörü engelli turizm talebini önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Engelli bireyler için ulaşım, konaklama ve turistik mekanlara erişimde engellerin olmaması büyük önem taşır. Bu çalışmanın konusu kalkınmada engelli turizm talebidir. Bu yönde çalışmanın amacı, kalkınmada engelli turizm talebini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemektir. Çalışma nitel yaklaşımla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada durum çalışması temel alınmıştır. Çalışma sonucuna göre, Isparta’daki paydaşların engelli turizmi açısından eksik oldukları hususlar tespit edilmiştir. Bunlar arasında sıralanabilecek kırsal turizm alanlarında düzenlemelerin yapılması yanında işaret dili eğitimi eksikliği giderilerek gelecekte Isparta’nın engelli turizm talebine pozitif katkı sunulması önemlidir.
