Analyses dimensions were choosen as perceieved quality, satisfaction and risk of these services. Using quota sampling, a total of 734 students were participated to the study. In analyzing the findings, first the scales in the questionnaires were analyzed using factor analysis. The factors then were tested using t-test and one way variance (ANOVA) analysis. The findings showed that students perceived quality’s service reliability to responsiveness and assurance; about the perceieved risk, time, financial and phisicaldimensions were ranked first. In addition we found students have middle level quality perception and satisfaction about services of Mersin University’s Central Cafeteria.
