Abstract
With the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic to the world sighted shocks on the demand and supply front of economies have narrowed economic activities in all countries. The effects of the pandemic on the supply and demand side have caused it to be interpreted as the most serious economic crisis since the great depression. Being able to fully reveal the economic dimensions and effects of the Covid-19 pandemic will make it easier for us to understand to what extent the economies of the country are affected by the pandemic. Turkey's economy has directly affected by the pandemic and tried to overcome the effects of the resulting shock with the measures taken. In this context, Turkey, the effects of Covid-19 pandemic to minimize since the beginning of the pandemic has been declared in several monetary and fiscal stimulus packages. Although the measures taken have resulted in a slight recovery in the economy, it is seen that some structural economic problems continue. In this context, this study deal with the first effects to Turkey's economy of the Covid-19 pandemic and in the aftermath the uncertainty, risks, and possible scenarios were discussed.

Covid-19 salgınının dünyaya yayılmasıyla birlikte ekonomilerin talep ve arz cephesinde görülen şoklar tüm ülkelerde ekonomik faaliyetleri daraltmıştır. Salgının arz ve talep tarafındaki etkileri, büyük buhrandan beri görülen en ciddi ekonomik kriz olduğu şeklinde yorumlanmasına neden olmuştur. Covid-19 salgınının ekonomik boyutlarının ve etkilerinin tam olarak ortaya konulabilmesi, ülke ekonomilerinin salgından ne ölçüde etkilendiğini anlamamızı kolaylaştıracaktır. Türkiye ekonomisi ise salgından doğrudan etkilenmiş ve ortaya çıkan şokun etkilerini aldığı tedbirlerle atlatmaya çalışmıştır. Bu çerçevede Türkiye, Covid-19 salgınının etkilerini en aza indirmek için salgının başlarından itibaren birçok parasal ve mali önlem paketi ilan etmiştir. Alınan önlemler ekonomide az da olsa bir toparlanma sağlamış olsa da, bazı yapısal ekonomik sorunların devam ettiği görülmektedir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada, Covid-19 salgınının Türkiye ekonomisine olan ilk etkileri ele alınmış ve sonrasında ortaya çıkan belirsizlikler, riskler ve muhtemel senaryolar tartışılmıştır.
