The study used quantitative research methods to apply a questionnaire form to 201 employees of a non-governmental organization operating in Erbil/Iraq. SPSS Process Macro and AMOS statistical analysis programs were used to test the research data. It was determined that organizational support has a moderating role in the effect of proactive personality on idea generation and idea realization, which are the sub-dimensions of innovative work behavior.
