Abstract
In this research, the isosteric heats of kırık, Lancer, barley, rye, oat and corn were calculated by using Clausius-Clapeyron equation. Isosteric heats of cereal samples decreased as the water content of cereal samples increased.
Özet
Bu araştırmada, kırık, Lancer, arpa, çavdar, yulaf ve mısırın sorpsiyon izosterik ısıları Clausius-Clapeyron eşitliği kullanılarak hesaplanmıştır. Tahıl örneklerinin sorpsiyon izosterik ısıları su içeriğinin artması ile birlikte azalma gösterilmiştir.
