In importance and time given ranking it was followed with Public Relation and Financial Affairs. It was found that given importance and time to Public Relation was much and Personnel Affairs was insufficient.

Bu çalışma, gençlik ve spor il müdürlerinin görev alanlarından, halkla ilişkiler, personel işleri, mali konular, gençlik, ve spor faaliyetleri, tesis işletmeciliği konularına verdikleri önem ve ayırdıkları zamanı tesbit etmeye yöneliktir. Araştırma sonuda gençlik ve. spor faaliyetleri ile tesis işletmediğinin "çok önem" verilen ve "zaman" ayrılan alan olduğu görüldü.
