Abstract

This study aims to identify the current status and proposed solutions by focusing on the challenges faced by healthcare entrepreneurs in the marketing field. Using qualitative research methods, interviews with 12 healthcare entrepreneurs revealed that healthcare entrepreneurs face significant obstacles in reaching their target audience, complying with regulations, competing with them, securing institutional partnerships, and securing investment. Strict regulations in the sector complicate market entry, while the complexity of reaching their target audience also constrains their marketing efforts. Furthermore, the competitive environment dominated by large corporations and the bureaucratic processes of institutional structures create significant challenges for startups. This study emphasizes that to overcome these challenges, healthcare entrepreneurs must comply with regulations, develop customized marketing strategies tailored to their target audience, effectively utilize digital marketing tools, collaborate with major healthcare organizations, and develop business plans that attract investors.
