\r\n The purpose of this study is to examine the subject of "Legal Structure of Sport Clubs". to determine the establisment and study of sports clubs and to reveal the legal feature of ‘Sport Clubs’ in the light of the relevant laws and other legal arrangments. In this study, definition of sport clubs has been given, the information about establishment and ending of them has been given. The issue of the registration of sport clubs is told, football clubs outside the registration of sports activities in the field and football clubs as registered in two different ways have been examined. Bodies and management of sport clubs have been classified, and the legal nature of each has been put in place. In addition to this, duties and powers of the branch and the executive unit are described.\r\n

\r\n Bu çalışmanın amacı “Spor Kulüplerinin Hukuki Yapısı” konusunu incelemek ve spor kulüplerinin kuruluş ve çalışma şeklini belirlemek suretiyle ilgili kanunlar ve diğer hukuki düzenlemeler ışığında hukuki niteliğini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çalışmada spor kulüplerinin tanımı yapılmış, kurulması ve sona ermesi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Spor kulüplerinin tescili konusuna yer verilmiş, futbol dışındaki spor alanlarında faaliyet gösteren kulüplerin tescili ve futbol alanında faaliyet gösteren kulüplerin tescili olarak iki şekilde incelenmiştir. Spor kulüplerinin yönetim ve organları tasnif edilmiş ve her birinin hukuki niteliği ortaya konulmuştur. Bunun yanı sıra şube ve yürütme biriminin görev ve yetkileri anlatılmıştır.\r\n
