\r\n In this article, social dialogue at the shop floor is analyzed. First of all, the emergence of social dialogue is explained and "why social dialogue was perceived as necessary in work and employment" question is answered. In the second part of this article, an Industrial Relations Council which was established supported a trade union in Turkey is examined. Not stumbling any other council resembled the selected one is the reason of our 'subject' choice. In this research, in depth interview technique is used. Özet
\r\n Bu çalışmada işyeri düzeyinde sosyal diyalog incelenmiştir. Makale içinde öncelikle sosyal diyaloğun ortaya çıkışı ve çalışma yaşamında neden bir ihtiyaç olarak algılandığı sorusu cevaplanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde Türkiye'de bir sendikanın girişimiyle kurulan Endüstri İlişkileri Kurulu uygulaması analiz edilmiştir. Söz konusu kurulun seçilmiş olmasının nedeni; Türkiye'de bir başka benzerine rastlanılmamış olmasıdır. Araştırmada derinlemesine mülakat tekniği kullanılmıştır. Mülakatlar, Endüstri İlişkileri Kurulu fikrini uygulamaya dönüştüren sendikacı ile Endüstri İlişkileri Kurulu'nun işletildiği fabrikadaki işyeri sendika temsilcileri ile yapılmıştır.\r\n
