Bu bağlamda çalışmada, yaratıcılığa, yeniliğe, dönüşümlerle ilişkili olan dönüştürücü liderlere ve yaratıcılık ile yeniliğin dönüştürücü liderlikle olan ilişkisine değinilmiştir. Çalışmada yaratıcı düşüncenin ve yenilik faaliyetinin dönüştürücü liderlik anlayışıyla desteklenmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır.\r\n
