The research was carried out with91 student teachers attending 3th grade during the spring semester of 2011-2012 academic year at Sakarya University, Faculty of Teacher Education.Inductive content analysis was used to analyze the data collected with a semi-structured interview form.At the end of the study, it was found that to do some of the objectives and activities identified for School Experience course wasn’t wanted by some student teachers. The most common reason for not wanting to do them was content-related causes. In addition, student teachers suggested that extra-curricular activities should have in the School Experience activities.

\r\n Öğretmen adaylarının okul deneyimi dersi amaç ve etkinlikleri hakkındaki görüş ve\r\n önerileri, okul deneyimi sürecinin verimli geçebilmesi için önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının okul deneyimi dersinin amaç ve etkinliklerine yönelik görüş ve önerilerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada durum çalışması desenlerinden iç içe geçmiş tek durum deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, 2011–2012 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar döneminde Sakarya Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Sınıf Öğretmenliği Eğitimi ABD’sinde öğrenim gören ve 3. sınıfa devam eden 91 öğretmen adayı ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonunda Okul Deneyimi dersi için belirlenen amaç ve etkinliklerin arasında bazı öğretmen adayları tarafından çeşitli nedenler gösterilerek uygun bulunmayan nitelikler ve yapılmak istenmeyen etkinlikler olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu nedenler\r\n arasında en çok içerikten kaynaklı sebepler belirtilmiştir. Bunun yanında öğretmen adayları ders dışı etkinliklerin de Okul Deneyimi etkinlikleri arasında olmasını öneri olarak getirmişlerdir.
