Özet

Bu çalışma, Suriye’deki çatışmaların başından itibaren Avrupa Birliği (AB)içerisindeki politika yapıcı aktörler olan AB kurumlarının söylemsel olarak göçünasıl inşa ettiğini ele almaktadır. Çalışmada, Kopenhag Okulu’nun‘güvenlikleştirme’ kuramı ve Huysmans’ın ‘güvenlik temaları’ çerçevesinde ABkurumlarından Avrupa Komisyonu, Avrupa Konseyi ve Avrupa Parlamentosu’nun2011-2018 arasındaki göç söylemlerine odaklanılmakta ve söylemin içeriği ve rolüanaliz edilmektedir. Buradan hareketle çalışma, Suriye’deki çatışmaların ardındanartan göç ve mülteciler konusunda bu AB kurumlarının göçü güvenlikleştirdiğini, buüç kurumun güvenlikleştirme söylemlerinde ortak temalar olmasına rağmen herkurumun vurguladığı farklı güvenlik söylemleri de olduğunu göstermektedir.
