⚡ TL;DR(Too Long; Didn't Read)

We report two cases of subcutaneous fat necrosis in newborns aged 38 and 40 days During the active stage of skin lesions high triglyceride levels were recorded in both of these cases These high levels began to decrease concurrently with fading of the lesions During the follow up triglyceride levels were found normal In the light of these findings it might be suggested that the level of triglyceride is a good follow up criteria of the activation of skin lesions in patients with subcutaneous fat necrosis Key words: Subcutaneous Fat Necrosis Hypertriglyceridemia Newborn

Özet

Derialtı yağ nekrozu olan 38 ve 40 günlük iki bebek sunulmuştur Deri lezyonlarının aktif olduğu dönemde her iki olguda da trigliserid düzeyleri yüksek bulundu Lezyonların solmasıyla birlikte yüksek trigliserid düzeyleri azalmaya başladı uzun süreli izlemde trigliserid düzeylerinin normale indiği gözlendi Bu bulgular trigliserid kan düzeylerinin derialtı yağ nekrozlu olgularda lezyon aktivasyonunun izlenmesinde iyi bir izlem kriteri olabileceğini düşündürmektedir Anahtar kelimeler: Derialtı Yağ Nekrozu Hipertrigliseridemi Yenidoğan
