Bu olgu sunumunda, kronik periferik arter hastalığı zeminde akut arter tıkanıklığı ön tanısı ile acil şartlarda operasyona alınan ve hibrit ameliyathane koşullarında embolektomi operasyonu ile birlikte aynı seansta femoro-popliteal bypass işlemi uyguladığımız 62 yaşında erkek hastayı sunmayı amaçladık
