Abstract
This study aims to shed light on the relationship between green human resource management and green organizational behavior in health organizations in light of taking into account the mediating effect of employee training. The study was conducted on a group of workers in the private health sector in Baghdad, especially in the International Private Hospital. Where 120 employees in the hospital were reached using the questionnaire method and data collection after distributing the questionnaire by hand. The findings showed there is a positive influence of human resources that take the environment into account on green organizational behavior and this relationship is significant and substantial. The study also proved that the mediating influence of employee training is positive in light of the association between human resource management and organizational behavior. The results indicate the importance of paying attention to sustainable practices for human resource management and enhancing employee training to raise the efficiency of organizational behavior.
