Jeopolitik ve Ekonomik Şekillendirme

Özet

Soğuk Savaşın sona ermesi ile birlikte bazı bilim insanları “ulusların”, soğuk savaşın üstünü örttüğü eski medeniyet gruplarını “yeniden keşfettiklerini” ve kimliklerini yeniden anlamlandırdıklarını öne sürmektedirler. Konuya eleştirel yaklaşanlar ise bunun kurgulanmış bir durum olduğunu, kendisini yeniden üretmede “öteki” ihtiyacını duyan hegemonyanın, jeopolitik kimlik inşasında “öteki”yi yeniden tesis sürecine girdiğini ifade etmektedirler. Jeokültür, jeopolitik konumun belirleyicisi kılınmaya çalışılırken, jeoekonomi; teknolojinin, beşeri sermayenin ve doğal kaynakların siyasi yapılar tarafından kullanım şartlarını, kurumsal ve toplumsal ölçekte oluşturmaktadır

Abstract

With the end of The Cold War, some scientists claim that nations rediscover ancient civilization groups covered by the war and remain their own identities. On the other side, the ones who have a critical approach on topic state that it is a fictionalized condition. Here, hegemony that needs “the other” for reproducing itself has entered into process of reestablishing “the other” within the framework of geopolitical identity. While geo-culture is tried to become determinant of geopolitical position, geo-economy compose terms of use of technology, human capital and natural resources by political structures in institutional and social scale
