Özet
Bu çalışmada, Elazığ şehir kanalizasyonunun boşaldığı Haringet çayı ve bu çayın döküldüğü Keban Baraj Gölü’nden yakalanan 25 adet tatlı su kaplumbağası (Mauremys caspica caspica) kullanıldı. Kaplumbağaların karaciğer, dalak, böbrek ve bağırsaklarından aseptik koşullar altından genel ve spesifik besiyerlerine ekimleri yapıldı. Toplam 19 adet suş izole edildi. Bu suşların fenotipi ve biyokimyasal özellikleri belirlendi. Buna göre; 5’inin (%26.31) Proteus sp., 1’inin (%5.26) Aeromonas sp., 4’ünün (%21.05) Escherichia coli, 6’ısının (%31.57) Salmonella sp., 1’inin (%5.26) Enterobacter sp., 1’inin (%5.26) Lactobacillus sp. ve 1’inin (%5.26) Flavobacterium sp. olduğu tespit edildi.
Abstract
In this study, 25 Mauremys caspica caspica caught in Haringet stream and Keban Dam Lake, where waste water of Elazığ city discharged, were examined. Smears were made on general and specific mediums from liver, spleen, kidney and intestine turtle under aceptic conditions. A total of 19 strain were isolated. Phenotype and biochemical characteristies of isolated strains were determined. In conclusion, 5 (%26.31) Proteus sp., 1 (%5.26) Aeromonas sp., 4 (%21.05) Escherichia coli, 6 (%31.57) Salmonella sp., 1 (%5.26) Enterobacter sp., 1 (%5.26) Lactobacillus sp. and 1 (%5.26) Flavobacterium sp. were detected.
