Özet

Retrokaval üreter, vena cava inferior’un (VCI) anormal gelişmesi sonucu meydana gelmektedir. 1-3 İlk defa 1893 yılında Hochstetter tarafından tarif edilmiştir.2 Üreter VCI arkasından geçmekte, değişik derecede baskıya uğrayarak hidronefroza,4 nadir olmayarak da taş oluşumuna neden olmaktadır.5Background..
