Özet
Özgün fikirleriyle Léon Duguit (1859-1928) döneminin en önde gelen ve en şöhretli hukukçularından bir tanesidir. Türkiye’de hukuk literatüründe Duguit’nin etkisi, başka herhangi bir hukukçuya nazaran daha derin görünmektedir. Bu çalışmada Türkçede Léon Duguit külliyatı değerlendirilmekte ve Duguit’nin düşüncelerinin Türkiye’de yaygınlık kazanmasında etkili olan isimler ele alınmaktadır. Bu ünlü hukukçunun Türkiye’de gördüğü alakanın sebepleri üzerine tespitler yapılmaktadır.
Abstract
With his original ideas, Léon Duguit (1859-1928) is one of the foremost and most famous jurist of his time. Duguit’s influence in the legal literature in Turkey seems to be more profound than that of any other jurist. In this study, the works of Léon Duguit in Turkish is evaluated and the persons that are influential in the prevalence of Duguit’s thoughts in Turkey are discussed. Determinations are made on the reasons for this famous jurist’s interest in Turkey.
