Özet

Düşünce tarihinin ilk dönemlerinden itibaren “doğru” ve “gerçek” kavramlarının ifade ettiği şeyi her filozof kendi felsefi sistemi bağlamında farklı şekillerde tanımlamıştır.

Abstract

Since the earliest periods of the history of thought, each philosopher has defined the meaning of the concepts of "truth" and "reality" in different ways in the context of his own philosophical system. According to the way they define the concepts of truth and reality, philosophers have established their own ontology and epistemology. In this regard, in our study, the historical background of the problem will be revealed by referring to how the concepts of "truth" and "reality" were handled by Plato and Aristotle in order to better understand the subject. Next, the connections of Bertrand Russell's philosophy, especially the question of "truth" and "reality", which form the basis of his epistemology, with the issues of metaphysics and logical atomism will be explained.
