Suç Örgütlerinde Jargon ile Hiyerarşi İnşası: FETÖ Örneği

Özet
Toplumlar içerisinde ve arasında yaş, meslek vb. ortak özellikler paylaşan insanlardan oluşan gruplar bulunmaktadır. Bu gruplar ile özdeşleşen dil kullanımları, sosyal dil değişkeleri (sosyolekt) olarak ifade edilir ve jargon da, ölçünlü dilden ayrılan dil kullanımı olarak bu değişkelere bir örnek teşkil eder. Bununla birlikte jargon, kullanıldığı sosyal grup ile bu gruptaki iletişim sürecine ilişkin önemli bir veri kaynağıdır ve suç örgütleri de bundan muaf değildir. Diğer yandan eleştirel söylem çözümlemesi; oluşturulmuş bir söylem ile verilmek istenen mesajı, yaratılmak istenen algıyı ve söylem oluşturucunun ideolojisini açığa çıkarmakta pek çok disiplinin kullandığı bir yaklaşım olarak ön plana çıkmaktadır. Uzunca bir süre teşkilatlanmış ve bir süre önce Türkiye’de anayasal düzeni ortadan kaldırmaya teşebbüs etmiş olan Fethullahçı Terör Örgütü’nün bünyesinde oluşturduğu hiyerarşi, örgütte kullanılan jargona da yansımıştır ve dilsel veri, örgüt yapısı ve ideolojisi çerçevesinde oldukça önemli bilgiler ihtiva etmektedir. Bu çalışma, özgül olarak söz konusu bilgilere eleştirel söylem çözümlemesiyle ışık tutmayı hedeflemektedir. Söylemi oluşturan sözcüklerin ölçünlü dil ve jargon anlamları karşılaştırılıp tartışılarak, örgütün kimliği ve yapısına ilişkin istihbarat faaliyetleri ve şüpheli veya sanık ifadeleri dolayısıyla sahip olunan bilgiler, dilbilimsel bir incelemeyle de doğrulanmış ve pekiştirilmiştir. Çalışmanın genel bir hedefi ise adli dilbilim ve suç örgütleri jargonu açısından da alan yazınında bir örnek teşkil ederek, gelecekte yapılabilecek incelemelerin potansiyelini ortaya koymaktır.
Abstract
In and among societies, there are groups which consist of people who have something in common in terms of age, profession etc. Linguistic performances identified with these groups are called social linguistic variations (sociolects) and jargon is an example of those variations as a linguistic performance distinct from the standard language. Besides, jargon is a significant source of data about the social group and communication process in the group. At this point, criminal enterprises are no exception. Critical discourse analysis, on the other hand, stands out as an approach which is used by several disciplines to reveal an intended message, intended perception and the ideology of the creator within a constituted discourse. Fethullah Terrorist Organisation, which had a long time to get organised and then attempted to abolish the constitutional order in Turkey some time ago, has a system of hierarchy and this reveals itself in jargon of the organisation. The linguistic data involves quite significant information in terms of the organisation’s structure and ideology. This study specifically aims to shed light to that information through critical discourse analysis. Already acquired information, which comes from intelligence activities or from the statements of suspects or defendants, related to the identity and structure of the organisation are also reaffirmed and consolidated through a linguistic research by comparing the discourse-building words’ meanings with respect to standard language and the jargon. A more general intention within this study is to introduce the potential of future studies by constituting an exemplar in the scientific literature in terms of forensic linguistics and the jargon of criminal organisations.
